    • Once we receive your return, we’ll process the refund. Please allow a few days for the refund to appear on your payment method.

Damaged Items

  • Include a photo of the damaged item(s) and your order number within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • We’ll take care of arranging a replacement or refund for any items damaged during transit.

Items Not Received
If you haven’t received your full order, please get in touch with us at support@veyralumina.com with the subject line: MISSING ITEM and your order number. We will promptly investigate the situation and ensure that you get the items you’ve paid for.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it following our standard returns process and place a new order for the item you would like instead.
